VO2WL back On Air

Or Wire depending on how you connect to VO2WL 🙂

Late last week, VO2WL had a partial failure of the SD card (constant write failures), which kept crashing the hub. The image for the repeater controller was rebuilt over the weekend & written to a USB stick which the RPi 4B now boots from instead of an SD card. The hub appears to be operating normally again as of this morning.

Also, VO2LB was accidentally left disconnected from The Canada Hub after an image backup was made last week, but is now properly connected again.
